Formerly known as the SVM TEP Fund, it has recently been renamed the SVM
Cautious Managed Fund as this better reflects how the Fund is managed and the
broader range of investment opportunities that the Fund seeks to exploit. A new
annual performance objective has been set at LIBOR plus 3%. This may be subject
to change in the light of identified future opportunities with appropriate risk
and return.
The SVM Cautious Managed Fund is a professional investor fund. The Fund is
domiciled offshore therefore some of the protections afforded to investors
under the UK Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 may not apply. The Fund
is not available to US investors.
